XL is not EX.
Usually I easily fit a size L or XL. I bought a XL and can hardly squeeze myself into the t shirt. After the first wash it will be too small. The fabric/cotton is however very nice soft and good quality ø. I rate it with one star only as i am able to use it one time/day only.
