ellesse collaborate with Piaggio to design 16 exclusive scooters

ellesse x Piaggio is the latest collaboration to be announced by ellesse. With Piaggio being one of the most iconic Italian scooter brands it seemed a perfect partner for ellesse!
The Robert McGinnis 2011 campaign has received a vast amount of coverage and all 4 paintings are the epitome of Italian-ness. It seemed only natural to use one of the images to further the campaign so we have teamed up with Piaggio and customized 16 exclusive Piaggio Liberty bikes with the Robert McGinnis Amalfi coast Illustration.
The design has been adapted in a modern/retro style to fit in with the deep set heritage roots of both ellesse and Piaggio. The customisation has been inspired by 50s classic Italian racing.
The Liberty bike is high in performance and has the Italian flair that we look for in everything we do. We still live by the same values established by founder Leonardo Servadio back in 1959 – Fun, Flirtatious, Relaxed and Sociable and with one of these bikes it’s a given you will also live by these rules!
